Applications
Suction and discharge of light or heavy petroleum products and derivatives with aromatic content up to 100 %, especially kerosene, JET A1, AVGAS, Biofuel, ethanol. Road and rail equipment or fixed installation.
Advantages:
Capable of handling solvents.
Easy handling due to hose flexibility (low bending radius).
Electrical conductivity ensured by the two helices which are attached to the couplings.
Technical description:
Internal helix: stainless steel 304L (1.4306). On request: stainless steel 316L (1.4404).
Inner tube: PTFE film.
Reinforcement: PP fabrics, PP and PET layers.
Cover: PVC coated fabric, green, corrugated.
External helix: stainless steel 304L (1.4306). On request: stainless steel 316L (1.4404).
Temperature range:- 30 °C to + 100 °C.
Electrical properties: electrical conductivity ensured by the internal and external helix in contact with fittings.
Standard/Approval:
BS 5842. On request: EN 13765 and ADR.
Couplings/Fittings:
All types of swaged couplings.
Semi-symmetrical: aluminium, gun-metal, stainless steel, polypropylene.
Knuckles thread swivel, male and female: aluminium or gun-metal.
Cam action quick couplings (Kamlok type).
Fixed or swivel ISO PN 10, ISO PN 20.
Complementary information:
Fitted lengths are delivered on request with pressure test certificate.
