APPLICATION
●Premium quality beverage hose specifically engineered for handling a wide spectrum of soft and alcoholic drinks and other liquid foodstuffs such as beer, juice and potable water.

MAIN BENEFITS
●The composition of the in-liner rubber compound specifically formulated to be fully odourless and tasteless ensures high impermeability of the tube to the media conveyed.
●The composition of its rubber cover exhibits a good resistance against chemical cleaning products and grants utmost resistance to weather and ageing.
CONSTRUCTION
TUBE
●BIIR rubber (90TR), clear colour, fully odourless and tasteless, smooth,
mirror-like.
●Complies with FDA Standards and Italian D.M. 21/03/73 and following
amendments.
REINFORCEMENTS
●High strength synthetic textile plies.
●Embedded steel wire helix.
COVER
●Synthetic rubber, orange colour, resistant to abrasion, weather, ageing,
smooth, cloth finish.
TEMPERATURE RANGE
●From -40°C up to +120°C.
●Peaks up to +130°C for sterilisation, for a maximum of 30 minutes.
SAFETY FACTOR
●≥ 3 times working pressure.

内管：BIIR橡胶 (90TR)，白色，无臭味，无味道，镜面光滑。
加强层：高强度多层合成纤维，植入螺旋型金属钢线。
表层：合成橡胶, 橙色，抗磨损，耐大气侵蚀，耐老化，平滑，布状表面。
温度范围 ：-40°C 至 +120°C /可进行不超过30分钟温度达130 °C蒸汽消毒。
工作压力 ： 10 bar.
质量标准：符合 FDA 标准；通过意大利D.M.21/03/73食品级认证
