APPLICATION
●Premium milk and dairy rubber hose specifically designed to convey milk and derivatives and liquid fatty foodstuffs in general. For suction and delivery purposes.

CONSTRUCTION
TUBE
●NBR rubber (NAB90), clear colour, food quality, odourless and tasteless, smooth, mirror-like.
●Complies with FDA Standards, BfR (German Legislation) and Italian D.M. 21/03/73 and following amendments.
REINFORCEMENTS
●Synthetic textile plies, embedded steel wire helix.
COVER
●Synthetic rubber, blue colour, resistant to abrasion, weather, ageing;smooth, cloth finish.
TEMPERATURE RANGE
●From -20°C up to +90°C.
●Peaks up to +130°C for sterilisation, for a maximum of 30 minutes.
SAFETY FACTOR
●≥ 3 times working pressure.

特性:
无增塑剂、无动物衍生的内管，防止细菌扩散，并确保对输送产品不会发生接触性污染，软管表层合成材料能抵抗普通清洁剂，拥有良好的耐大气侵蚀和耐老化性能。
软管结构:
内管：NBR橡胶 (丁纳橡胶,NAB90)，白色，食品级，无臭味，无味道，平滑，镜面光滑。
加强层：高强度多层合成纤维，植入螺旋型金属钢线。
表层：合成橡胶，蓝色，抗磨损，耐大气侵蚀，耐老化，平滑，布状表面。
温度范围 ：-20°C 至 +90°C /可进行不超过30分钟温度达130 °C蒸汽消毒。
工作压力 ： 10 bar.
质量标准：符合 FDA 标准；通过意大利D.M.21/03/73食品级认证
